General Instructions

Do not send in partial registrations. Wait until you are ready to register all of your students who will participate in Piano Ensemble before completing the registration form.
List duet partners together in one “Duo” box, filling in all the fields.
If you are registering a student without a partner, please enter student info for part preferred, leaving the other Duo part blank. Do not begin the piece until the chairperson confirms part assignment.
When registering an adult or alumni, indicate that under "Grade”.
