Jill Masiello has been a professional performer for over 40 years and is an independent music teacher located in the West Valley. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Performance from City University of New York and a Master of Arts in Education from Chapman University. She teaches oboe and piano independently and in group classes. Mrs. Masiello had been a public school music teacher for over 20 years, teaching general music, choir, band, and music humanities, and was a widely sought-after musician in New York City, having played for numerous Broadway shows. She uses many new music apps in her studio to help with rhythm and note reading, which makes for a more enjoyable lesson experience.
